Neat multi-level store selling a wide variety of Japan souvenirs. Has a lot of cool items for sale like kimonos, katanas, scrolls, lacquer ware, etc. If there is something you are looking for then likely you can find it here. Tends to be on the pricier side but if you want to do all your shopping in one place then this is a good place to go.

I was blown away by the beauty and price/quality ratio of the things that I saw here. It was like some kind of museum to me! The personnel is not very chatty, but they are definitely helpful, willing to show you things, do the tax-free procedures, explaining things to you, etc. it was hard for me not to buy too much stuff. 😂 But I wanted to buy something just out of the sense of gratitude (and maybe a little awe from what I saw). ☺️ Some nice things purchased. Let’s see! 🙂

Very small shopping center with almost no selection, and the items they had felt very touristy. It’s 3 floors split between 2 tiny buildings, without many items.

One stop place for all your Japan souvenirs. Convenient location and one can easily spend couple of hours. There is a good collection of samurai imitation swords that are made of zinc and the cost is super affordable compared to the local prices or online prices in any other country. For 10000 yen, there are good options to star with. Shop is in 2 buildings right next each other and the west building has multiple levels to cater various enthusiasts. One of the must go during Kyoto visit.

The local is big and has many different things, from books to katanas including yukatas and kimonos and a lot of paintings. The staff was very kind and supportive, very good balance in the price and quality. Highly recommended
